Why can't I see the prices?
Prices and stock levels can only be viewed by creating a verified account on BADU.com.pl. Therefore, apply to create an account using the REGISTER link. We will contact you as soon as possible.
How can I access product details?
After logging in to our website BADU.com.pl using your verified account, you have access to all product details. With an approved account, you can use all photos and product descriptions on our website to sell the BADU brand on your own platform.
What products does badu.com.pl sell?
We have the widest offer of sweaters in Poland. We specialize in the production of sweaters, especially women's sweaters. Our stock levels are constantly updated. We are also open to your offers for the production of special series according to your requirements.
Do the products comply with standard sizes?
We produce to international standards. Most of our products are sewn in universal sizes, corresponding to dimensions S, M and L. The dimensions do not change in the same series of products. Any differences in sizes are clearly indicated in the product description. We recommend that you refer to the size chart. Do the prices include VAT?
The prices you will see on the product pages are NET prices.
Please note that shipping prices are not included in the price visible on the website. The shipping fee may vary depending on the order specifications and is the responsibility of the ordering party. In addition, additional taxes according to the regulations of the country in which the purchase takes place are beyond the responsibility of BADU.com.pl.
Do I have to create an account at BADU.com.pl?
Registration is required to conclude a sales contract. Joining BADU.com.pl is very simple. You can submit your application via REGISTER. After entering the data, your application will reach us. After verification, your account is immediately approved and you start using the privileges of BADU.com.pl. Please remember that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you request. We do not charge any registration fees.
I don't have a business - can I register a private person's account?
We're sorry. We only cooperate with active business entities. Therefore, you must register a customer account with your Tax Identification Number (business or company), UTR number (self-employment in the UK) or other tax identification number appropriate for your country.
Can a registered account be deleted?
For sure. You can request deletion of your BADU.com.pl account at any time. Just notify us in writing via our communication channels. We will help you permanently delete your data.

How can I place an order?

Of course it is possible. You can initiate the cancellation process through the system or by contacting us.
How can I cancel a current order?
This situation varies depending on the stage of order fulfillment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders that have progressed to the shipping stage. Please contact us for details.
When are order invoices issued?
We send an invoice together with the ordered products.
What payment methods are available?
In terms of shopping convenience; We offer traditional transfer, electronic transfer via PayU and payment on delivery. Mail order sales are not possible. To pay when ordering with prepayment, max. Remember you have 5 days. After this date, the order will be automatically canceled by our system and will not be processed.
What is the account number to pay for the order?
Transfer details for the purchased products will be sent to you by e-mail after placing the order.
Can I pay for my order in a foreign currency?

Can I pay on delivery?

How long does the order process take?
Your order with all information submitted correctly will be processed within 24 hours. We have permanent transport contracts throughout the country.
Can I collect my order the next day?
If you are close to our central warehouse, this is possible, but unfortunately the process will take longer for freight deliveries. Please contact us for details. From the moment your parcel is delivered to the kargo point, your order can reach you on average within 1 to 3 business days. Everyone on our team will make every effort to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Can I pick up my order in person?
You can receive your orders from our central warehouse by appointment. Please contact us for details.

How much are the shipping costs?
It depends on the order quantity.
Can my order be shipped outside Poland?
Of course, we ship outside Poland. We deliver to all European Union countries, Great Britain and throughout Eastern Europe. However, we would like to point out that there is a minimum order value and increased transport costs.

Is the product subject to warranty and guarantee?
On the basis of the Wholesaler Regulations developed on the basis of current legal provisions, including the Civil Code, we exclude liability in terms of warranty. We also do not provide a guarantee for the sale of goods. As a wholesaler, we do not accept complaints from consumers who are your customers - as a seller, you are responsible for any defects in the goods discovered after purchase.
